Megahit GrowthOS offers three access modes: Free/Plan, Agent Mode, and Agency Mode, as described on the Pricing page.
The service is offered to businesses, not consumers. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
Agent Mode from $3,000/month; Agency Mode from $30,000/month; token-based execution billing for pay-per-task usage. Billing cycle and refund policy to be defined by the business — refund terms will be stated explicitly before general availability.
No illegal use, no abuse of the platform, and no reverse-engineering of the agent orchestration or memory system.
You retain rights to your own content and campaign outputs. Megahit retains rights to the underlying platform, agent orchestration system, and memory/context layer technology.
The memory/context layer is proprietary to Megahit and does not port to third-party tools on cancellation. Outputs and performance data remain exportable for 90 days after cancellation, consistent with the Pricing FAQ.

Either party may terminate per these terms. On termination, data is handled per the Privacy Policy retention section.
